Corrections Policy
Last Updated: March 24, 2026
TextToPDF aims to keep its product pages, guides, blog posts, and legal content accurate. When we find a factual mistake, an outdated product detail, or unclear wording that changes meaning, we review it and fix it as appropriate.
What Counts as a Correction
A correction may be needed when a page contains a wrong statement about product behavior, file handling, format support, size limits, availability, process steps, or any other factual point a reader could rely on.
A correction may also be needed when the wording is technically inaccurate even if the page was written in good faith at the time.
Minor Updates
Minor fixes such as spelling mistakes, punctuation issues, formatting cleanup, or wording improvements that do not change the meaning of the page may be made without a formal correction note.
Major Corrections
If a page contains an important factual error, we aim to correct the page as soon as reasonably possible. In cases where the error affects a material product claim, a technical instruction, or a meaningful part of the page, we may add an update note or revise the page date to reflect the change.
Product Changes Compared with Errors
Not every change is a correction. Sometimes a tool changes, a limit changes, or a feature is updated. In that case, we may revise the page to reflect the new product state even if the older version was accurate when it was first published.
How Reports Are Reviewed
When a reader reports a possible error, we review the page against the current product, available internal information, and the issue described in the report. If the report is valid, we update the page. If the page is technically correct but unclear, we may still revise it to make the meaning easier to understand.
Response Time
Correction timing can depend on the page type and the seriousness of the issue. Clear factual mistakes that affect how a user understands the product are given higher priority than routine wording improvements.
How to Report an Error
If you spot an error in any TextToPDF page, email support@texttopdf.net. Please include the page link, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a short explanation of the issue.
Our Aim
The purpose of this policy is simple. If a page is wrong, we want to fix it. If a page is unclear, we want to make it clearer. That approach applies across product pages, support content, blog posts, and public policy pages.
